Tell us about what you do and why?
My goal is to help women struggling with thyroid issues, gut issues, “adrenal fatigue” recovery and disordered eating habits to rediscover the healthiest happiest versions of themselves.
I’m incredibly passionate about these topics as I’ve struggled significantly with these issues myself and I understand how helpless, lonely and desperate it can feel.
We all deserve health – sometimes it just takes a critical thinker, a curious mind, a compassionate ear and a plan to help get you there. That’s me!
Why are you such a firm believer in the IQS philosophy?
Because you can’t go wrong with JERF (just eat real food)!
The IQS Team are coming for dinner. What are you cooking us?
Definitely slow-cooked something because it’s impossible to mess up, you can squeeze so much goodness into one pot!
Tell us your number one health tip in under 25 words.
Listen to your body and recognise that you’re an individual so what works for your friend/colleague/partner might not work for you. And that’s okay! Be open, be intuitive, be kind and look after your gut.
You can me if you’re looking to address…
Your thyroid health (both over and underactive, as well as autoimmune thyroid conditions), gut issues including SIBO, parasites, food intolerances or sensitivities (and all the symptoms that go with them!) or, if you’re looking to build a healthy relationship with food and your body.
