Tell us about what you do and why?

I am a physiotherapist with a special interest and training in all things related to women and children! I love the diversity of my role and the close patient-therapist relationship that comes with being a physiotherapist. Every day I get the opportunity to play an incredible role in serving complete strangers and helping them on their journey to wellness.

Why are you such a firm believer in the IQS philosophy?

Working in both the public and private health sectors, I see firsthand the integral role diet and lifestyle play in injury and disease.

The IQS Team are coming for dinner. What are you cooking us?

Always a crowd pleaser, nachos! IQS-approved of course. Think high quality ground beef with a truckload of grated veg covered in Mexican spices, and served with sweet potato chips, tomato salsa and smashed avo.
