Tell us about what you do and why?
I’m a self-professed ‘poo whisperer’ and naturopath who helps people move from constipation toward regular, healthy bowel movements. I travelled a lot for work in my previous role and would experience constipation so this led me to explore the topic as well as the enormity of the problem and how much shame surrounds this in more depth.
Why are you such a firm believer in the IQS philosophy?
Simplicity, sugar-free and sustainability contribute to a happy and healthy world and it’s people.
The IQS Team are coming for dinner. What are you cooking us?
For entrée I’d make an antipasto platter with olives, homemade eggplant dip and veggie sticks. I’d follow that up with delicious 8-hour slow-cooked lamb shanks with parsnip puree and sautéed cabbage. For dessert we’d have fructose-free chocolate pudding with coconut yoghurt.

Don’t suffer in silence with sluggish bowel movements. Seek practitioner support and implement the basics – movement, good nutrition, water, breathwork.
