To me, there’s nothing better than feeling your healthiest. In my job, I get to help people reach their best every day. What could be better than that?
Why are you such a firm believer in the IQS philosophy?
Because of its simplicity. Being healthy does not mean you need to break the bank with fancy food and shiny gadgets. It’s all about eating real food , which is the underlying IQS philosophy.

So many options! I’m roasting all the veggies you can think of with garlic, rosemary and paprika, then teaming them with a roast pork roll and a simple but zesty green salad.
