It’s been roughly five weeks since school went back and this is the stage where your lunchbox inspo is probably waning…

Especially since, despite what you seem to pack, a lot of the food continues to come back uneaten! Fear not, as we have a stack of school-friendly recipes which we can guarantee won’t return to your kitchen! Plus, they’re all nut-free so you can send them to school with your little ones without a worry.

1. Hawaiian Pizza Muffins.

Who doesn’t love the idea of pizza in a muffin?! These will be a surefire hit with your kids and if you can make a batch at the beginning of the week, they’ll last for around three days in the fridge (if they’re not devoured before that!). You can also sneak veggies like chopped spinach or peas into these babies should you want to boost them even further.
